Two extortion claims against the property sector landed on 16–17 September, both without victim confirmation. DragonForce listed Community Property Management, a US firm that has managed condominiums and planned-unit developments since 1978, with a claim of "full data 200 GB+"; ShadowByt3$ claimed it had locked managers and staff out of a HandyTrac key-control deployment at a Greystar property in Litchfield Park, Arizona, setting a deadline of 22 September and claiming physical-to-digital key maps, property vulnerability logs, employee identity and credential data, open and closed invoices, and administrative portal control. HandyTrac supplies electronic key-control systems used across multifamily portfolios, so the notable element is the category rather than the volume: key maps and access records describe physical access to buildings, and association-management systems commingle resident, vendor and employee records. Neither company has issued a statement, and no sample has been published that would let the datasets be assessed.
