Flashforge stores your cards only in this browser (localStorage). Nothing is uploaded anywhere and the app works fully offline. Your data never leaves this device β ideal for sensitive or private study material.
Download Export from the Manage tab regularly to keep a backup, or to move your deck to another device.
Flashforge uses the classic SM-2 algorithm. Each card has an ease factor and an interval. Hard cards you keep failing are rescheduled sooner; cards you know well are pushed further out, so you only review what you're about to forget.
You can bulk-create cards from a plain text block. Each card is separated by a blank line, with front and back split by a | character:
What is phishing? | A social engineering attack using spoofed messages to trick victims. What is a 0-day? | A vulnerability unknown to the vendor with no patch yet.
Tip: you can paste rows directly from a spreadsheet. Optional third field = tags. You can also paste a JSON export.
