Two layers of rights apply to the content on this site:
- Original commentary, analysis, methodology text and site code โ created by the site maintainer.
- Curated news items and incident summaries โ reproduced or summarised from publicly-reported sources, each attributed and deep-linked to its origin.
Original content
Unless otherwise stated, the site's original writing, methodology, and the build scripts are licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0) licence. You are free to share and adapt with attribution. This does not cover the third-party material below.
Curated third-party material
Headlines, summaries and incident details reproduce or condense facts from the listed source publications for the purposes of news commentary and education (fair dealing/fair use). Copyright in the underlying reporting remains with the original publisher. Each item links to its source; please refer to, and respect, the originating publisher's own terms. We do not grant any licence to this third-party content beyond what the original publisher permits.
Data and abuse
The site does not include PII of private individuals beyond what appears in the public reporting we link.
